Katapult Dorato (Turmeric)

Katapult Dorato — a vibrant golden turmeric cold brew latte over ice with a creamy milk swirl and a pinch of black pepper to bring out the turmeric. Have it with your favourite milk or coconut milk, and top with coconut foam if you like.

Method

   Whisk the turmeric, black pepper, salt and honey into a paste with a splash of cold brew.

   Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the rest of the Katapult cold brew.

   Stir the turmeric paste through the cold brew until vivid and golden.

   Slowly pour the cold milk over the back of a spoon so it layers.

   Top with coconut foam or whipped cream and serve.
