How long does Katapult cold brew take to brew?

We recommend cold brewing Katapult at a coarse grind for 14 to 16 hours using a 1:8 coffee-to-water ratio. Strain it, and your concentrate is ready to serve over ice.

Is cold brew less acidic than hot coffee?

Yes. Because cold brew is extracted slowly with cold water, it is noticeably lower in acidity than hot-brewed coffee. Katapult is a coffee for cold brew, blended and roasted specifically to keep that cup smooth and gentle.
