Born in the Kimberley

Kimberley Coffee Company is a small-batch roaster based in Broome, Western Australia. We roast in the zone — right here in the Kimberley — and pour our coffee from a market van shaded by boab and poinciana trees.

Broome is hot. Really hot. So we set out to build a coffee that tasted just as good cold as it did hot — a brew that stayed smooth over ice through the wet and the dry. That project became Katapult, our coffee for cold brew.

After plenty of steeping, tasting and tweaking, Katapult became our organic coffee for cold brew — a low-acid blend that's easy to brew cold and made for hot days. It is the drink our regulars line up for at the markets, and now it is available for you to brew cold coffee at home.
