A nutty, smooth chiller — Katapult cold brew over ice with hazelnut syrup and a cold milk pour, finished with crushed hazelnuts. Use your favourite milk or enjoy it black, and top with whipped cream or coconut foam. (Contains tree nuts; check labels.)

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the chilled Katapult cold brew.

Stir in the hazelnut syrup until combined.

Slowly pour the cold milk over the back of a spoon so it layers (or leave it black).

Top with whipped cream or coconut foam and a scatter of crushed hazelnuts, and serve.
