Method

Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice.

Gently press the mint leaves between your fingers and drop them in with the lemon and lime slices.

Pour over your chilled Katapult cold brew.

Top with a splash of soda water or chilled water if you like it lighter.

Stir once, garnish with an extra mint sprig and serve immediately.
